      How to find your system's serial number?

      So you need to find your battery serial number but don't know where to look? Find your battery system below and follow the directions.

       

      Alpha Smile

      Alpha Serial Number starts with "AL". See the following example.

      Deye inverter serial numbers (SN) can be found on the side of the unit. See the following examples.

      eCactus 

      eCactus serial number can be found on the front of the unit.

      Empower Serial Number starts with "EB" and is located on the inside of the inverter.

      ESY

      ESY Serial Number is located on the left side of the unit and usually starts with 30C, B0B or 08B. See the following example.

      Eveready Serial Number starts with "AS". See the following example.

      FranklinWH

      FranklinWH inverter serial number (SN) can be found on the inside panel of the inverter unit. Serial number usually starts with '10', see below:

      General Electric (GE)

      GE inverter serial number (S/N) can be found on the right side of the unit.

      Redback units' serial number can be found on the right side of the unit.

      SAJ serial number (SN) can be found on the right side of the unit and starts with 'H2'.

      Sigenergy serial number (S/N) can be found on the side of the unit.

      SolarEdge

      The serial number can be found at the bottom of the asset label which is located on the right side of the inverter, which is the top of the two modules.

      Double check the label is titled "Photovoltaic Inverter". It is important the second string of numbers, following the first hyphen in the serial, begins with "07". If it begins with anything else, it is likely to be the StorEdge label, and we will not be able to integrate with your system.

      Solis serial number (SN) can be found on the left side of the unit.

      SunPower 

      There are two ways to find your SunPower serial number.   
      1. Removing the wiring cable cover and the top/side cover to reveal the serial number label on the units left hand side (see below).
      2. Checking the SunPower One app.  LOGIN>MORE>My Products>Product info>SODXXXXXXXXXXXX'.

      Tesla Powerwall Gateway

      Locate Your Powerwall Gateway information:

      1. Open the door of the Backup Gateway by pressing the latch located on the right hand side of the unit (in the middle).
      2. The serial number is located on the line called "TSN:" which stands for Tesla Serial Number.

      Tesla Powerwall 3:

      1. Open the Tesla App on your mobile, and go to your Powerwall product page, and then click “Settings”.

      2. In the Settings page, click “My Home Info”

      3. The Gateway serial number is shown below “Powerwall 3”. Long press the serial number to copy it to the mobile phone’s clipboard.

      Otherwise, the serial number can also be found on the side of the unit:
