Our general moving guidelines are outlined below, so that the process of changing properties is as smooth as possible for you.
- Please contact your real estate agent or the new owner, to hand over Evergen’s contact details.
- You can also pass on your Evergen manual guide if you still have it available.
- Please advise Evergen when you move out, as we will probably see your system go offline at this point. This way we won't need to contact you to reboot your system etc.
- Once the new owner contacts us, we will update their details on our system and transfer the account over to their name.
By following these steps, we shouldn't have to contact you regarding the system once you have moved but please let us know if Evergen can help at any time.
