Evergen maintains a record of customer details and system characteristics such as battery capacity, PV size, makes and models. Battery and inverter vendors collect telemetry data from every system installed, and Evergen gains access to this telemetry data via the cloud once the vendors have verified that a system is within Evergen’s remit. Evergen stores this data in secure cloud-based databases, this data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Telemetry data is used to make predictions about battery and system state, and to intelligently control systems for economic benefit to customers.
